When thinking about getting fit, people get very very creative as they create reasons to not do it. The simple truth is that, while we are still getting in good condition, exercising isn't fun; exercise can be hard work. Driving your body to get in top condition never feels great, despite having the rushes of endorphins. Despite the fact we sometimes get endorphin rushes, our joints and muscles go through discomfort, we get worn out and for a while we sort of detest our bodies.
